Unfortunately, No. I've worked hard to create these unique designs and love sharing them with you, but they aren't available to be copied.All art and designs shown on this webpage are protected under US Copyright and cannot be copied or used for your designs, and can't be traced for you to create an altered design. Feel free to reach out if you would like information or videos on how I create my flowing watercolors.
Are the colors shown on the screen exactly what I would receive? Colors may vary slightly based on your monitor settings. Please allow for slight variations in what you see on your screen. ☺

Do you have any COVID protocols in place? We definitely do! All orders are wrapped in a clean studio that only 2 people have access to. Each team member is pre-screened for any health concerns prior to entering studio. Gloves are also worn while wrapping your orders.
How long does it take for my order to ship? Orders are shipped within 3 business days, unless you order ordering a commission painting. Commission paintings: After we decide on your painting idea, Artwork will be painted for you and ships in approx. 2 weeks.
How long does it take to receive my order?Stickers sent via Free Shipping aren't trackable, but typically arrive within 7 days. Orders using First Class Mail or Priority mail are trackable and often arrive within 3 to 7 days. International Mail is sent First Class and takes approx. 1 to 5 weeks depending on destination and isn't trackable at this time. Please note the speed of USPS delivery has been altered due to COVID and is beyond our control.
How do you package the items for shipping?PINS: packaged in a clear eco-friendly plastic sleeve and sent in a padded envelope via USPS First Class Mail. ART PRINTS/ORIGINAL ART ON PAPER: packaged with a hard backing board and enclosed in an eco-friendly plastic sleeve. FRAMED ART/CANVAS ART: packaged with a hard backing board support and sent in a bubble protective envelope. STICKERS: packaged in an eco-friendly plastic envelope and sent in a regular US Mail envelope.
Do you offer returns? We will accept returns within 14 days with return shipping at your expense, or for damaged items only. Please refer to our return policy for specific information. But more importantly, please reach out to us with any questions or concerns after receiving your order and we will work with you to make it right. We are proud to say that in 5 years we have only had 3 returns and those were due to damage, and those customers received the proper replacement and are happy!

Do you include a Certificate of Authenticity with your artwork? All commission paintings will include a certificate of authenticity in your package.
